A loan of $1,500 helped to purchase construction material such as blocks, sand, cement, gravel and electrical installation.

Hugo Alexander's story

Hugo, 20, is a young worker who only completed middle school. He lives with his parents but he has plans to become independent because he's getting married soon.

Since he was 12 years old he has worked in a metal shop with his uncle. The distance to this place is 4km from his house by bike. He works from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and in the afternoons he also worked with his father in the same trade.

This loan would be used to purchase construction material such as blocks, sand, cement, gravel as well as the purchase of electrical installation and the transportation of the materials from the place of purchase to the construction site.

Hugo's goals are to build his house, have a family and work hard to see his children grow up.
