Sobia's story

Sobia is a 33-year-old lady who works at home as a tailor. She has been in this line of work for the past seven years now and is proud to be contributing to her household income. She very well knows the techniques of stitching. Her regular customers are her neighbors and the local community. She earns enough to lead a decent life. To help her continue operations of her business, she requested a loan of PKR 30,000 to buy a stock of threads along with packs of zippers and buttons in different colors. Thiswill help her to stitch more dresses on time. In addition to repaying the loan, she will use part of the revenues to deal with personal expenses.
