A loan of $800 helped to buy stock merchandise for his store.

Jose Lombardo's story

José, 30, is in a common law relationship with his wife with whom he has three daughters. He lives in the municipality of San Pedro Sula. José worked in an auto repair shop but his income was insufficient so he and his wife decided to open a grocery store and to sell food. He’s been in business two years.

He’s asking for a 16,000 Lempira loan to buy more goods like soft-drinks, rice, flour, sugar, meats, soap, pasta, beans, etc. This loan will help him increase his inventory in the grocery store and increase sales income. His future dream is to use profits to build a bedroom just for his daughters, to expand the business and to buy an automobile.
