Teresa De Jesús
View original language description ↓
Teresa Coreo lives in the Palo de Leche neighborhood in the Ticuantepe municipality. She is married, her husband is a welder and they have five children; two who study and three who work with her farming. For fifteen years, Teresa has dedicated herself to growing pineapples, a business which she started with her own efforts and with the help of loans from AFODENIC. Currently, she has an upcoming pineapple harvest to which, like always, she is dedicating her best efforts to obtain a 100% harvest. The loan she is requesting will be used to purchase organic fertilizers in order to get quality pineapples and then distribute them to the markets in Managua.
