Nuriza's story

Nuriza is 37 years old. Together with her husband, they are raising three children. In 2007, the married couple started a business selling food products, using 30,000 som (KGS) of start-up capital. Having developed her business and gained loyal customers, Nuriza has an average monthly income of 5,000 som (KGS). Thanks to the hard work put into the business, the married couple have been able to purchase cattle. To increase and expand their business in the future, Nuriza turned to Microfinance Bank "Bai Tushum and Partners." She is requesting a loan in the amount of 20,000 som (KGS) for the wholesale purchase of food products for retail sales to the community. Nuriza plans to invest the earnings from the loan to increase sales and save money for her children's college education.
