Ertay's story

Ertay is 34 years old, he is not married and lives with parents. Ertay has secondary education and is doing animal husbandry and field crop cultivation as a main source of income for his family which he started fourteen years ago with the purchase of cattle for 60,000 som (KGS). Thanks to his hard work Ertay now has one milk cow, one calf, forty sheep and one horse. His monthly income is 16,000 som. With the goal to further grow his business Ertay has come to the microfinance bank Bai Tushum and Partners for a loan in the amount of 70,000 KGS to buy a horse to increase the headcount of livestock. He plans to invest the income from the loan into further increase of the livestock and plans to save some money to hold a wedding for himself.
