A loan of $1,150 helped to expand his internet service business.

Fredy Celestino's story

Fredy is a single 24-year-old man, living with his parents and siblings in the village of Panimatzalam San Andres Semetabaj, in Sololá. He is a hard-working man who strives for his family's well-being.

Currently, he has an internet business a few meters away from his home. He chose this activity because where he lives, there is no internet service, so he took this initiative to be able to help students complete their homework without having to leave the community. Thanks to his efforts, he can now contribute to his family's expenses, as his business provides him with good income and earnings.

He is requesting a loan of 9,000 quetzales to expand his business and generate greater earnings, and provide a greater variety of computing products to offer better service to his customers. His dream is to earn enough to purchase more computers and open another business, with the goal of improving his family's living conditions.
