Ronah's story

Ronnah is an enterprising lady, aged 32, in the Kizinda trading centre. She owns a grocery that she started in 2005. She has three children, ages 12, 7, and 3, and she has one dependent who helps her with house chores. She works seven days in the week and gives the business an average of eight hours per day.

The business is located in the Kizinda trading centre, Ishaka-Bushenyi. She started the business so she could get money to help her and the rest of her family members to survive. Her clients are people in the same trading centre. She hopes to grow her business further if given the money (UGX 3,000,000) and she buys more items to stock, since it's back to school season.
