Cheikh has been active in agriculture for over ten years now. He lives in a small village about 30 km from the main city. Cheikh is a regular at the local branch, as he is on his fourth loan with IMCEC. He has been growing produce for sale, and is in need of a loan renewal in order to buy seeds and cultivate his field.

With the income from his business, Cheikh will be able to take care of the daily expenses of his family and improve their nutrition. He will also put some money aside in case of unexpected expenses. His dream is to build a house for his family to make them comfortable. As a future project he wants to pursue other farming ventures to maximize his income.
