Las Radiantes Group's story

The communal bank "LAS RADIANTES" is made up of 6 responsible people who work in different businesses and all live in the Villa María Del Triunfo district. One of the members is Mery who is 69 years old and is single with no children. For 40 years she has worked in clothing repairs, knitting and macrame in a small rented premises, with the aim of getting by day by day and making progress in life. Mery has learnt how to win customers and so has been able to improve her quality of life.

Mery is asking for the loan to buy fabric, thread and wool. She and all of the members are grateful to Kiva for the loan provided and for the confidence that has been shown in them.
