A loan of $250 helped to buy pigs and feed.

Cristina Santos's story

Cristina, 35, lives with her husband in her house located in a village in San Lorenzo, Valle, in southern Honduras. She’s worked several years selling pigs. Cristina fattens up the piglets and then sells them. Her husband sells vegetables from his car in various places and this helps her handle all of her commitments. Cristina’s asking for the loan to buy more piglets and feed to continue having merchandise to sell. She’s a good client and has a good payment history; she’s very happy to be able to continue working with Prisma. Cristina’s dream is to be able to buy another car to continue working. San Lorenzo, Honduras – August, 2013.
