This is the story of Paulus, son of Deni:

I live in Bringkeng village, a very difficult and complicated environment. Most of the people here get failures in harvest time. We get a lot of difficulties in building/making small/micro business because of lack of money. My house is quite far from the downtown. We always get failures in harvesting the rice because of the flood, which often comes unpredictably. I still remember when my mom gave birth to my second sister; the big flood was coming up to one meter high.

My parents worked as laborers; this loan is very helpful for me and my family. I am very happy to get this loan. With this loan I can continue my study, and after that I will get work in what I want. Distance from my house to school is about seven kilometers. I ride a bike, and then take the public transportation to reach school.

I studied mechanical engineering; it’s likely to get me a job. I love machines. Therefore, I choose majoring in machines. I want to work in a machine industry. I hope I can learn and practice about the machines.

My hobby is playing football, and after school, I usually go fishing to eat. Thank you so much for this loan and for every lender.
