A loan of $575 helped to buy fertilizer and seeds for planting.

Justus's story

Justus is a cash-crop farmer in Kangundo town, where he plants maize and beans for selling. He is 44 years old and married, with four children. Besides farming, he also has a retail shop. His wife also provides income for the support of the family.

Justus plans to use the loan amount to buy farm inputs for planting. These include fertilizer and seeds. He will also use part of the loan to buy more stock of retail items for his shop. These include sugar, cooking oil, maize flour, and bars of soap.

This is his third loan term with KADET LTD, and he will use the anticipated income to educate his children by paying their school fees.

He hopes to be successful in his business and thereby be able to provide good education for his children.
