Nora's story

Nora lives in the village of Dalarik in Armavir region with her family--her husband and two sons (six and nine years old). Her husband is a labor migrant in Russia. To be able to cover the family’s daily costs, Nora is currently working in the private sector. The family struggles every day for a daily living and for the sake of their small children. They have livestock, consisting of cows, piglets, and hens, which is an important source of their income. In order to maintain the breeding of the livestock, the family currently needs financial resources of USD 1,200 to buy an ox and forage. The lenders' support in collecting the needed amount of the loan will greatly help the family to take care of themselves and to continue their activities in a sustainable way.
