A loan of $2,075 helped to buy cows.

Aigul's story

Aigul is 50 years old, married, and raising four children with her husband. She has a secondary education. She is involved in animal husbandry, an activity which provides her family with its main source of income. She started in this business 10 years ago when she bought cattle for 5,000 som (KGS).

Thanks to her hard work, Aigul currently owns four dairy cows, one horse and eight sheep. She makes a monthly income of 35,000 som (KGS).

In order to further develop her farming business, she has turned to the microfinance bank "Bai Tushum & Partners" for a loan of 100,000 som (KGS). She will use this loan to buy some cows and therefore increase her cattle headcount.

Aigul plans to invest the earnings from this loan into further increasing her herd of domestic animals.
