A loan of $725 helped to purchase medicines.

Felix's story

Felix, 34, is a professional and married to Marleni with whom he has two children. They live together in a rented house. For the past five years, Felix has had a pharmacy business which offers clients a diverse range of brand name medicines, with the intent to improve welfare and health in his neighborhood. He also sells a variety of baby products, among other items.

Felix has the advantage of having a large premises for his business, as the owner is a relative of his. He can always count on the support of his wife, who is able to assist as she also has expertise in the industry and is familiar with the business. Felix requires working capital so that he can purchase a new batch of branded and generic medicines, as well as other items to supplement the general services he offers.

This is his second loan with Kiva, and he is grateful for the financial support he has received to help him progress. He agrees to comply with the repayment schedule. This time, Felix has requested a loan of 2,000 soles to invest in branded and generic wholesale medicines to stock his business.
