Shakeela's story

Shakeela is a 32-year-old married woman who has been doing a business of milk sales for many years. She has two buffaloes and two cows in milk. She sells good-quality milk to many of her neighbors, along with butter that she makes from the milk. Her business is good enough to allow her to lead a decent life. She is a mother of seven children: five daughters and two sons, and all are school-going. She is very motivated to provide them a beautiful life with good education, food and clothing.

She has improved her business to meet day-to-day expenses of life. She is in her second loan cycle with a good repayment history. Currently, she requested a loan of PKR 30,000 to purchase one more buffalo. It will help her to inflate her sales which will help in generating more income for her.
