Saiqa's story

Saiqa is a 24-year-old vigorous lady; she has been stitching clothes for many years. She stitches for the people of her community and uses the income to support her entire family as her husband is employed but has a low salary and income. Due to lack of availability of funds, she is unable to meet the daily demands of her customers.

For this reason she requested a loan of PKR 30,000 from Kashf Foundation. She intends to use this loan amount to buy more spools of threads in different colors with packs of laces, zippers and buttons. This will help her to create a means of increasing revenues so she may able to generate a healthier source of income. She is in her 3rd loan cycle with a good repayment history.
