Sreng S., 43, is a housewife and lives with four of her children in Kampong Chhnang province, Cambodia. To support the family, her husband, Bich Huy, 46, works as a motor-taxi driver, making around US$ 2.50 in profit a day. Two of their children are employed as waiters in Siem Reap province with a salary of US$ 120 each per month.

Mrs. Sreng would like to borrow from Kiva via "Credit", Kiva's local partner, to purchase a motorbike for her children who work at Siem Reap to use to commute to work. This will reduce the price that her children pay every day for a motor-taxi. (Mr. Bich Huy is pictured because his wife was not available.)
