Fridah's story

Fridah is 55 years old and comes from Nyahururu. She is married to Samuel, who earns income for the family. They have five children, all of whom are adults. (They are aged 36, 34, 33, 20 and 25.)

Fridah is in the business of poultry raising. She has been in operation for the past two years. She has applied for her first loan of KES 30,000 from KADET. Her plan is to use it to buy more chickens and chicken feed.

Her monthly income from her business at the moment is KES 10,000. Her hope and dream for the future is to be financially stable.
