Moussa's story

At 64 years old, Moussa is married to four wives and is the father to eight children. He lives in Koutiala with his family. Moussa has been the owner and manager of a store that sells therapeutic products made from plants for several years. In the need to satisfy the needs of his growing clientele, he decided to seek the help of microfinance institution Soro Yiriwaso, with whom he is on his second loan, which will be used to buy plants with which to make therapeutic products. He sells at retail for cash to a mixed clientele. Mr. Moussa forsees making a monthly profit of 100,000 FCFA, which will be used to repay his loan and pay for the needs of his family, and the rest will be invested in his business.
