In the future, Tara plans to uplift the economic condition of her family. She thanks you for your support.

Whether on the streets of Kathmandu or in the villages outside of the capital, tea shops are places of business and meeting in Nepal. Called a chiya pasal, these tea shops make a sweet, milky tea that can be purchased for a few cents a cup. With a Kiva loan, BPW's borrowers are able to keep their store shelves stocked while increasing their profit margins by buying in greater volume.
