Es Rayons De Bord-De-Mere Group's story

Bertheleine is the coordinator of the Les Rayons de Borddemere group. She is a retail merchant. She lives in the Bord-de-Mere region of Haiti where electricity is scarce and water is very limited. Bertheleine has been running her business selling various products for the past 12 years.

Before starting this business Bertheleine was a seamstress. She wants to use this loan to invest in various products. She hopes that this loan will help her expand her food products business.

Other active group members need a loan for retail businesses such as charcoal, clothing, shoes among others. Bertheleine said that her main challenge is to become a great retail merchant. She says her main goal and dream is to own a large business with her own funds and by the grace of God.
