A loan of $300 helped to prepare the soil and buy fertilizer to grow corn.

Francisco Arnoldo's story

Francisco is a 54 year old man. He went to school up to the second grade. He has 7 children and only one daughter lives with him. She is studying nursing.

He has 35 years' experience. From the age of 12 he learned from his father who did the same work. He also raises cattle and has worked in agriculture all of his life. He gets up at 4 in the morning and travels 1 km to do his work.

The loan he is asking for is to prepare the soil and to buy fertilizer to grow corn. With this he can apply the materials on time, so that the harvest will be good and allow him to ensure the grains for home consumption and to sell.

He is confident he will obtain a very good yield and earnings, since he has two children who will graduate. He wants to support them to the end, since this has always been his dream, along with working with large quantities of cattle.
