That means we rely on donations from people like you to make this work possible. For a limited time, if you donate $35 or more, a $25 bonus will be added to your account (you’ll get an email once it’s there).

A loan of $700 helped to buy plastic basins, flasks and household goods to sell.

Esther's story

Esther is 37 years old and runs a retail business in Oloitoktok town where she sells basins, flasks, plastic water cans, hotpots and other household goods. She is married and blessed with three children. Her spouse also supports the family through farming. She has been in this business for 10 years.

This being her third loan term with KADET LTD, she will use the loan to buy more stock of cooking pans, basins, flasks and metal cookers for sale. She will use the generated profits to buy her own farm and grow cash crops.

In future, Esther hopes to grow her business and make more income in order to provide a good education for her children.
