A loan of $400 helped to buy a variety of iron, links, rope, etc. for his business.

Ibraham's story

Ibraham is 46 years old. He lives with his children in a house located in the colony of San Lorenzo, in the southern part of Honduras. Ibraham has worked making and selling hammocks since he was 8 years old. He produces hammocks made of thread, silk, sisal fibers, and hemp. His business is located on the edge of the road that leads to the capital city. Ibraham is known for his kindness toward everyone who visits his store.

Ibraham is requesting a loan of 8,000 Honduran lempiras in order to buy a variety of iron that he will later sell, as well as links and rope he uses to make hammocks. He hopes that this investment will help him increase his earnings and improve the quality of life of his family. Ibraham dreams of expanding his business in his locality.
