Maximina's story

Maximina is 67 years old, single, and works hard to help her nephews. She has a pig raising business in the Philippines, and also earns additional income from a general store. Maximina is borrowing 30,000 Philippine pesos (PHP) through Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. (NWTF) to purchase materials for the repair of her pig pens for her pig raising business. Maximina has been sustaining her business activities through her past 18 loans from NWTF. She hopes that her hard work will help her attain her dream to save money to expand her business.
