Maria Maribel's story

Maria is 43 years old; she has three daughters and lives with her husband in the town of Tela, Atlantida. She has always worked as a seamstress - she has been performing this occupation for 25 years now, performing repairs of articles of clothing and making clothing like school uniforms, dance costumes, dresses, pants, etc. She has decided to seek the second cycle of the loan, which is for 20,000 lempiras. She will use it to buy fabric, thread, and other materials to make clothing. This loan will help her to grow and increase her amount of work and in this way increase her income. Her objective is to improve the quality of life of herself and her family, educate her children, and eventually build a large sewing workshop.
