A loan of $350 helped to buy more frames, needles and threads in different colors.

Fozia's story

Fozia is a 36-year-old lady who enjoys doing the work of hand embroidery. She started doing this work with her daughters. Her embroidery patterns are very popular in her territory. Her husband is employed with a low salary income to meet the household expenses alone. Fozia is motivated to provide her family with the basic necessities of life, including food, clothes and education.

In order to meet the growing demand for embroidery, she needs to buy more frames, needles and threads in different colors. For this reason, she applied for a loan of 35,000 PKR (Pakistani rupees) through Kashf Foundation. She is in her third loan cycle and has shown good repayment behavior. She hopes to have a good experience with the new loan.
