Bubuamina's story

Bubuamina is 49 years old, married, and is raising three children (two daughters, one son). Bubuamina has a high school education. Her neighbors speak of her as a soft and cheerful woman. Her husband and children help her around the farm.

As a main source of income for her family, Bubuamina since 1995 has been involved in raising livestock, starting with 5,000 som (KGS). Her experience in raising and caring for cattle is quite big. Thanks to the hard work of Bubuamina, her homestead today has: two dairy cows. Her homestead brings in about 15,000 som (KGS) per month, that serves as the basis for to cover the costs of food and household needs of the family.

В целях дальнейшего развития своего хозяйства, Bubuamina turned to the microfinance bank Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan of 100,000 som (KGS) to purchase cows. Bubuamina plans to invest income from the loan to further increase her homestead, and in this way in the future intends to build a home for her son.
