A loan of $1,325 helped a member to purchase four types of local pigs and to fix a cage.

Tunjung Wiguna Group's story

This is the Tunjung Wiguna group's seventh loan. There are nine group members and the total loan is for 13,500,000 IDR.

Having been successful with maintaining fattening pigs, Ni Ketut will use this loan to purchase four types of local pigs for pork roll. The pigs are maintained for two months. The remainder of the loan will be used to fix a cage in preparation for a birth from a sow that she already owns.

The price of pig feed is currently very expensive, but she remains optimistic about her business going forward. With all the benefits she gets, she plans to repair the home and also save for the future of her family.
