Lap is 36 years old. She is married and resides with three children in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia. She has been breeding pigs for more than five years, earning approximately $3 per day. Her husband runs an arc welding business. He makes an income of $25 each day.
In order to improve her husband’s business, Lap is requesting a loan of $1,000 to purchase metal for her husband to use in his business. This money will help him expand the business and earn more income for the family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and help her children earn bachelor’s degrees.
