Zavkiya's story

Zavkia is a very honest and hardworking woman. She is married and has three children; the oldest is 20, and the youngest is 12. Her father died when she was 19. She was left with her mother, younger sister, and brother. Life was very difficult for them. Despite these difficulties, Zavkia graduated from the capitol city's Teachers' College. After classes, she would work at a bread factory to earn money to support her family. After graduating from college, she started teaching at a high school. She got married and gave birth to an invalid daughter. She got divorced, and remarried. Her husband left to work in Russia, and worked there for two years. After returning home, he began working raising livestock and as an electrician. His thoughtful wife helps him run the business. She fattens the livestock so they can be sold. They use the income to treat their daughter. They also support her husband's parents. On their income, they cannot afford to support the family and pay for their son's college. Zavkia decided to apply for a loan, since their only son is a good student and has been accepted in college, but they cannot afford to pay for it. She is requesting a loan to pay for her son's college tuition.
