Zavkia is a very honest and hardworking woman. She is married and has three children; the oldest is 20, and the youngest is 12. Her father died when she was 19. After classes, she would work at a bread factory to earn money to support her family. After graduating from college, she started teaching at a high school. She got married and gave birth to an invalid daughter. She got divorced, and remarried. Her husband left to work in Russia, and worked there for two years. After returning home, he began working raising livestock and as an electrician. His thoughtful wife helps him run the business. She fattens the livestock so they can be sold. They use the income to treat their daughter. They also support her husband's parents. On their income, they cannot afford to support the family and pay for their son's college. Zavkia decided to apply for a loan, since their only son is a good student and has been accepted in college, but they cannot afford to pay for it. She is requesting a loan to pay for her son's college tuition.

Завкия очень добрая и трудолюбивая женщина, она замужем и на воспитании имеет троих детей. Дети взрослые старшему 20 лет, а младшему 12 лет. Её отец умер, когда ей было 19 лет. Она осталась с матерью и маленькими сестрами и братом. Условия жизни у них были очень тяжелые. Несмотря на тяжелые дни, она окончила Педагогический институт столицы. После занятий в институте, она работала в заводе по производства хлеба, чтобы заработать деньги для содержания семьи. После окончание ВУЗ-а начала преподавать в средней школе. Вышла замуж и родила инвалидную дочь. Муж развелся с ней. Вышла замуж во второй раз. Муж уехал в Россию на заработки, и там проработал 2 года. Приехав на Родину, он начал заниматься скотоводством и электро - мастером. Его заботливая жена помогает ему в ведении бизнеса. Откармливают скот для реализации. Полученный доход используют для лечения дочки. Родители мужа у них на содержании. На заработную плату нельзя и содержать семью и оплатит учёбу сына. Завкия решила обратиться за займом, так как их единственный сын хорошо учится и поступил в ВУЗ, а оплачивать нечем. Она запрашивает займ для оплаты учебы сына в университете.
