La Poma Group's story

The group is made up of three members who are successful micro-entrepreneurs. One of them is Isidra, 43. She's married and has four children, ages 22, 20, 18, and 14. Isidra's business for the last 20 years has been making and selling sweets. Her older children help her buy the supplies she needs to make her products. She has been a client of the institution for 15 years. She'll invest the loan in buying ingredients such as sugar, oil, cinnamon, flour, papaya, disposable cups, and spoons. Antonio, 30, has a grocery store. Rosa, 44, raises and sells chickens and flowers.
