Nyepu's story

37-years-old Nyepu from Liberia lives and works in Buchanan, the capital City of Grand Bassa County, which is located by the sea. It is well known for its beaches and delicious fish. Many logging companies are also based in the city. Residents of the city love eating fufu, cassava based dough typically eaten with soup or sauce.

She completed 8th grade before starting her business, She is married and has three children with ages between 5 and 17, all of whom are in school and live at home. For the past fifteen years, she has been selling dry meat, oil, fish, etc. She started this business with money from her husband, and she learned this business from her mother. She likes her business because it makes her popular. She is requesting a loan to purchase more dry meat, oil, fish, etc for her business. She hopes to earn more money and build a house.
