Maria is 58 years old, married, and has nine children.
Maria is in the agricultural business in the Philippines. She requested a PHP 23,000 loan through Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. (NWTF) to purchase additional feed and vitamins for her pigs.
Maria has been business for 37 years now and has borrowed eight times in the past from NWTF to sustain the business.
In the future, she would like to save enough money to build a house for her family.
