A loan of $875 helped to pay for graduation fees.

Cinthia Roxana's story

Cinthia dreams of becoming a professional. To achieve her goal, Cinthia has enrolled in the Universidad Privada Domingo Savio. She expects to graduate in December, 2013 but without a loan is unsure how she will be able to continue affording her education. She shares that her alternative would be to take time off from school to work and save money until she could return.

Cinthia shares that it is important to her to graduate on time so she can enter the job market as soon as possible. Cinthia plans on using the loan to cover the cost of her graduation fees. Often there are fees for earning your title in business before graduating. One of her biggest challenges has been making time to work and go to school. With one older sibling attending college already, Cinthia is unsure how she will be able to finance her education on her own without the assistance of a Vittana Loan.

Cinthia's father works as a electrician and his salary is the family's primary source of income. For a family of six, finances have always been tight. To help out, Cinthia began working at age 23 (and continues to work 25 hours a week.) To help afford her school and living expenses, Cinthia currently works 25 hours a week as a teacher.

This loan is administered by Vittana's partner BancoFie.
