Geoffrey's story

Geoffrey, a 28-year-old single man who describes himself as focused, has operated a retail shop selling foodstuffs for the past two years. Located in an area suitable for business, his primary customers are small-scale business people. He also does poultry farming to earn extra income.



With his biggest challenge a shortage of funds to buy stock, Geofrrey has requested his first loan of Kes 20,000 loan with SMEP DTM to buy more sugar, bread, cooking oil and other foodstuffs. He hopes to be a large scale farmer in the future.
