Jyrgal's story

Jyrgal is 48 years old, married, and the mother of two sons. She became involved in animal husbandry in 1993, starting in this business with an initial capital of 10,000 som (KGS). Thanks to her back-breaking and capacious work, she has achieved some measure of success in her business and is now making a monthly profit of 10,000 som (KGS).

Jyrgal now owns two dairy cows and some sheep. Her husband and her sons help her run her business.

Eager to further develop her activity, Jyrgal has turned to the microfinance bank "Bai Tushum & Partners" to request a loan of 20,000 som (KGS). She will use her loan to buy one sheep.

Jyrgal plans to invest the earnings from this loan into further increasing her livestock headcount. In the future, she is also planning to buy a car.
