A loan of $725 helped to buy pop and other refreshments.

Zonia's story

Zonia, age 43, is a single mother. She has two children ages 24 and 22 and lives with them comfortably in her own home. Zonia sells drinks. The delivery truck arrives weekly from a beer company directly to her business, which is located in her home. Luckily, she has a large home. After playing sports, sportsmen from every sport go to her store to get refreshments. She has some tables and chairs, so she is able to provide comfortable customer service. She has had this business for over five years and works alone. She also has other complementary businesses such as candy sales and raising birds. She likes what she does; she offers her customers recognized, quality products with a great deal of responsibility and security. Because she sells so much, she has good sales and is able to bring in a good income for her household. She is requesting 2000 soles and is grateful and happy to know that she continues to have the financial support she needs to move forward with her business. With this loan, she will buy pop and other refreshments to continue with her sales.
