Harrison's story

Harrison runs a café serving food in Kaloleni area near Mariakani area. He is a married man with four children. Harrison is twenty-seven old and he has been in the business for the last four years. He started the business from his own personal savings and the business has grown ever since.

He learned about Milango through friends at a time when he needed to inject some money into the business. He then joined and now seeks a loan to buy cooking pots, other utensils, and foodstuffs for the business. The challenge in the business is mainly the price of foodstuffs. Sometimes it becomes difficult to price the food he sells.

Harrison has a vision of opening another café in another town. The extra income that he raises from the business will be ploughed back until the business is stable enough.
