A loan of $700 helped to pay for raw ingredients like rice, pork, chicken and vegetables.

Norafil's story

Norafil is very thankful for her loan. It has helped her business which has continued to flourish. Her income from the loan went towards her her children's school expenses and their everyday expenses. To support their family, she and her husband are both working hard.

She would like to apply for another 30,000 PHP loan to purchase raw ingredients, like rice, pork, chicken and vegetables to use in her business. Her profits from the business will definitely help her to sustain her daily needs and the educational expenses of her children. She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Norafil dreams to be more successful in her business and hopes that her children will finish their studies. She meets with her co-fellowship members* every week, to share stories about her life and business and to study the Word of God for strength and inspiration.

* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and repay microfinance loans.
