Loma Poty Group's story

The "Loma Poty" bank group is in its 1st lending cycle. All of the members participate in their own distinct type of commercial activity. They want their businesses to grow, and to be able to always count on the support of the group program so that through their trainings they will improve their businesses.

Norma is a teacher. She lives in her own home with her husband and children. She is the president of the group and she tries to keep her members motivated so that they will always be united and will achieve each of their goals with mutual assistance and solidarity. She is seeking this loan to buy basic necessities like herbs, rice, sugar, oil and more, and to learn how to sell various products in her community. This way she will generate an additional source of income for her household.
