A loan of $1,075 helped to buy fixed assets (a canopy, display cases, chairs, tables) and supplies (pastry, pies, fruit cup, oatmeal, cake, soda).

Janner David's story

David, 21, is single and has no children yet. Due to a lack of work experience it has been difficult for him to find job opportunities, although the need and the desire to get ahead have inspired him to request a loan. He'll invest it in setting up a food stall in a space in the main park of the town where he lives.

To achieve this he'll buy fixed assets (a canopy, display cases, chairs, tables) and supplies (pastry, pies, fruit cup, oatmeal, cake, soda) so his business will be well stocked and he'll be able to offer a wide variety of products to the people who pass by.

This way he'll be able to generate income to support his household and make progress toward his main goal of setting up a grilled and breaded chicken business to have economic stability and a better quality of life.
