Union Y Amor 1 Group's story

Yris is part of the group named Union y Amor (Union and Love) 1. She is the representative of this group, and she has proven to be a very hardworking woman by doing different businesses to make extra income. This group is composed of five micro-entrepreneurs doing business in their rural community just outside of El Seibo. They sell meat, fruits and vegetables, clothes and other items. Yris is a mother and she lives with two of her children and her husband. She says that her most important challenge is to have good health because she wants to continue working. She still needs to help her family to make changes in her home structure in the coming year to live tranquilly in her older age. She enjoys sharing with her family and grandchildren. Yris runs a Grocery Store and she will uses this loan to invest by buying rice, flour, canned food, sugar, cooking oil, and other items. Yris and her group thanks you all for your support!!!
