A loan of $925 helped to buy fishing gear and other equipment.

Jerlyn's story

As the married mother of two children, Jerlyn works hard to support her family.

She has a fishing business in the Philippines, and also earns additional income from selling dried fish and pig fattening. Jerlyn is borrowing PHP 40,000 through Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation to buy fishing gear and other equipment.

Jerlyn has been sustaining her business activities through her past three loans from NWTF. She hopes that her hard work will help her attain her dream to save money to expand her business and continue to send her children to college.
