El señor Victoriano, es una persona de 62 años de edad, de estado civil casado, alcanzo a estudiar la primaria, y no cuenta con dependientes económicos, actualmente el señor Victoriano vive en su propio domicilio de tipo rustico con techo de teja y muros de adobe en el cual cuenta con servicio de luz y también agua potable del servicio de agua potable no pagan nada, su actividad económica principal es la producción agrícola en tal sentido produce los siguientes productos agrícolas; papa 400 cargas, oca 10 cargas, avena (forraje) 89 carmas, haba (verde) 15 cargas, y finalmente chicha en tal entendido el señor Victoriano se ve en la necesidad de solicitar capital de operación para compra de insumos agrícolas, y de tal forma poder incrementar su producción agrícola y por ende también mejorar la calidad de vida.
