A loan of $1,325 helped to buy fabric to make costumes.

Silveria Antonia's story

Antonia is 35 years old. She makes a living embroidering garments such as folkloric costumes from different regions. She has been doing this for several years. It is manual labor and it takes a lot of hard work. Her workshop is located in the Los Andes zone.

This is her first loan with this field partner and Antonia will use it to buy fabric and materials to embroider garments. She is requesting this loan because she lacks working capital. Antonia faces challenges in her business including the need to continue improving the quality of embroidery on her costumes. She is going to use her profits to continue increasing her working capital. Her desire is for her business to grow and to not only embroider, but to also make a variety of garments. Antonia is happy and grateful for the field partner’s support.
