Miguel Ángel
Miguel is 48 years old, he is married, and he has three children that are 23, 22 and 16 years old. For the past 35 years he has worked in agriculture growing corn and beans. Before that, his parents taught him how to grow bananas, but ultimately bananas didn't generate a good income. This is why he decided to grow corn and beans instead. The supplies he needs he can buy in the city, which is 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) from his home. Therefore, he must pay for a private vehicle to transport the supplies that he needs to his home.

He is seeking a loan from Fundación Campo so that he can buy 5 sacks of fertilizer and pay for a laborer to help him prepare the land in order to cultivate 14,000 square meters (3.5 acres) of corn. By doing this, he will be able to divide up the necessary supplies for his crop so that he can obtain an abundant harvest. He does this so that he can provide for his family's needs and cover the basic costs for his children, as they are all in school.
