A loan of $200 helped to help her purchase more zippers, thread, and linen.

Genivive's story

After graduating from junior high school, Genivive learned how to sew and decided to set up her own sewing center in Ve-Golokwati (near Hohoe).

With over three years' worth of experience, she is currently looking to expand her enterprise further. Unfortunately, she is limited by a lack of funding.

This loan will be used to help her purchase more zippers, thread, and linen for her sewing center and cloth for resale to her customers. She aims at using the profits from her business to help support her husband (who is a driver) with the upkeep of their house while ensuring that their two children are able to experience a better life.
